The kanepi Operations Production Reporting System (OPRS) enables field operators, engineers and managers to easily view, report on, and validate operational and production data in the field from anywhere within the operating asset and associated offices.

OPRS is a flexible and easy to use solution that comprises Data Capture, Data Validation, Calculations and Reporting. Once collected and validated, approved data is formatted into web based weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

A user friendly operations interface

OPRS from kanepi utilizes a web based interface that provides access for approvers (operators, supervisors, field managers etc.) to validate data, add comments, and approve the data collection and validation reports. Typically, data is automatically sourced from historians, lab systems etc. ensuring data entry requirements are minimal.

Through its inbuilt validation and approval process, kanepi OPRS ensures data quality and validity is maintained before being used for allocations and reporting purposes. Data vetting and sensibility checks such as soft and hard limits on values are also applied. Values can also be calculated using data from third party applications, historians etc., based on a predefined set of algorithms for production, facility downtime, reliability and KPIs.

The reporting solution provides consistent and accurate management, joint venture and governmental reports, including production, sales, environmental, equipment availability and reliability reports, and other associated KPI reports, all of which is accessible through a web browser.

The Data Capture functionality can also source information from any third party application to automatically generate production loss and reliability reports such as overall equipment effectiveness and availability, thereby eliminating manual, error prone reporting.
